The colorful array of ingredients comes together like a burst of party confetti. This unique combo ingredients looks as good as it tastes. Confetti Party Salsa is certainly great for company, but enjoy it anytime at all.

What You'll Need

1 cup canned diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup black beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup frozen corn, cooked, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped onion

What to Do

In a food processor or blender, process tomatoes and green chilies 5 to 10 seconds.
In a medium bowl, add tomatoes and green chilies to beans, corn, and onion; mix thoroughly and serve.
