Chocolate Dessert Shells

Need a dessert for a special occasion? Our Chocolate Dessert Shells are not only a super diabetic dessert recipe, they are super easy, too! Just three ingredients are all that's needed to wow your guests!

What You'll Need

  • 2 sugar-free dark chocolate pudding snack cups
  • 1 (1.9-ounce) package frozen mini phyllo shells, heated according to package directions, and cooled
  • 15 fresh raspberries (2.5 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed

What to Do

  1. Spoon 2 teaspoons pudding into each phyllo shell.
     
  2. Top each with 1 teaspoon whipped topping and 1 raspberry. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
