Yes you can have spaghetti, even if you're diabetic. Our Mr. Food Test Kitchen team came up with the perfect combo of healthy ingredients that make this easy-as-pie Spaghetti Pie a winner.

What You'll Need

  • 6 ounces reduced-carbohydrate spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute

  3. In a medium bowl, combine egg substitute, scallion, and cheese. Pour over spaghetti.

  4. Bake 30 minutes, or until set. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
