What You'll Need
4 large plum tomatoes, cut into chunks
1/4
cup chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon salt, divided
1 (12-ounce) bag, frozen cut green beans, thawed
1/4
cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
What to Do
In a salad bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt; mix well. Add green beans and Parmesan cheese and toss. Serve immediately at room temperature, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
