Buttermilk Ranch Cukes

This non-traditional version of marinated cukes is sure to be a hit. The down-home taste of a low-fat ranch-style buttermilk dressing adds a novel touch. And of course, yes it's good for you!

What You'll Need

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, halved, seeded, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Ranch-style buttermilk dressing

What to Do

  1. In a shallow dish, combine cucumber slices with dressing. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

  2. Drain off excess liquid. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
