1 cinnamon stick
2 whole ripe pears, peeled, halved, cored

What to Do
In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups water, sugar substitute, and cinnamon stick until water boils, stirring occasionally. Using slotted spoon, add pears to boiling syrup. Reduce heat to low.
Simmer pears 6 to 7 minutes, or until tender. Transfer each pear to a dessert plate.
