Just curious, is it not dangerous to use the marinade after raw chicken has been soaking in it overnight?

Hey there, if you boil the marinade (like we do in this recipe) it is safe to use. Boiling gets rid of the harmful bacteria. If you do not boil, then you're right, it is dangerous. Thanks for the question!
