Made this but substituted sugar-free sweetened condensed milk for sugar and one egg and it was really good. Lowered the carb intake too

19 grams is the amount of sugar in one serving of the cheesecake. You could substitute SPLENDA for the 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of sugar in the recipe, which would lower both the sugar and calorie count of each serving. As it stands now, 19g of sugar per serving is not that much per serving. Our recipes follow the nutrition guidelines of the ADA, which recommends 60g or less of carbs per meal, which includes sugar.
