I made this but although it had a good taste, the cauliflower was soggy and I had anticipated crisp!

Hi there! We're sorry to hear it came out soggy, as the recipe should have come out crisp. Here's some tips so that hopefully you'll get that nice crisp texture you're looking for. Try increasing the oven to 425 degrees and also, make sure the cauliflower is dry, not wet. You also want to make sure to shake off any excess egg mixture so it doesn't soak in and make it soggy. We hope that helps and the next time you make it, you'll love it as much as we do!
