It's A Salsa Fiesta

It's A Salsa Fiesta anytime we put out some fresh salsa. This easy to mix together zippy south-of-the-border version is sure to put everyone in a great mood!

What You'll Need

  • 6 fresh tomatillos, husked, stemmed and chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
