I think we should try it with the tuna fish before we just decide it is an error. I am a diabetic, and honestly, the tuna is better for me than the ham. Do you really believe the tuna would change the flavor that much? In addition, do you think anything else in the recipe should change when changing it from the ham to the tuna?

I realize this is a couple of months late but if you buy the smoked ham steak it has only a little bit more fat than tuna. I am also diabetic and watch my carb and fat intake very closely. Also this info comes from using fresh tuna. Canned tuna in water has less fat. You would probably do ok unless you decide to eat them all.

Do you add the scooped cucumber pulp to the rest of the ingrediients or just discard it?

Hello - You just discard the cucumber pulp. Enjoy!
