Our healthier Baked Spinach-Artichoke Spread has delicious chunks of artichoke hearts and a creamy texture that will have your taste buds yearning for more. A perfect appetizer for your next party, the gang will never believe it came from your kitchen!

What You'll Need

  • 1 (8-ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, cayenne and lemon juice; beat until well blended. Stir in artichokes and spoon into prepared casserole dish. 
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until heated through and the edges are golden. Serve immediately.

Hi Karen. This dip would be delicious on any type of raw veggies. We suggest celery or carrots.
